Common questions.

Still unsure?

What should I include in a first brief?

The priority countries or cities, who you want to reach and in which languages, the objective, the campaign dates and a budget range. Existing audio, brand pronunciation and offer details help the production route as well.

Is there a minimum spend?

No fixed minimum. Campaigns run from a single station in one city to a multi-market schedule across several languages.

How fast can a campaign go live?

The plan is quick. The live date is set by audio production and the broadcaster copy deadline, which is usually the longer of the two.

How quickly will I hear back after sending a brief?

A station shortlist and costed schedule usually come back within one business day. If the brief is thin we come back with a couple of questions first, so the plan is worth reading when it arrives.

Do I need finished audio before I contact you?

No. Send the brief first and we plan the schedule around it. Scripts, voice talent and production can follow once the stations and dates are agreed.

Can you run one campaign across several countries or languages?

Yes. One team plans the stations, languages and dates for every market, and you get a single costed schedule instead of a separate quote per country.

How are the rates in the plan worked out?

Rates come from the stations themselves, by daypart and spot length. The plan lists what each slot costs, so you can see where the budget goes before you approve anything.

Will I get proof that the ads actually aired?

Yes. Each campaign closes with proof of airing from the stations, so you can check the schedule you paid for against what was broadcast.

Can I change the schedule after the campaign starts?

Usually, within each station's copy and booking deadlines. Tell us early and we take the change to the station, then confirm what was moved and what it costs.

Who will I be speaking to?

A media planner from the Excellent Publicity team, from the first brief through to proof of airing. You do not get passed between departments.
